Price includes adequate breakfast.Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Nearby night market is different from ordinary . Food stalls are on both sides of a main road.

服務好，停車方便，因為去早了，房間沒收拾出來，還升級了房型，床墊軟硬合適。早餐也不錯。門口超市有快充，旁邊欽季酒店停車場有慢充樁。離老街不遠。

房間乾淨整潔，前台也很熱情，位置離老街步行2公里，在這裏歇個腳還可以，衞生間沒乾濕分離，下水不暢，都從牆邊漏到房間地板上了，空氣很潮，被子也潮，晾了一晚的衣服都沒幹。

房間和圖片一樣的。床品還是乾淨的，就是設施相對老舊一些。主要是可以帶寵物。停車方便。有滾筒洗衣機一個，但是沒有烘乾機。這個天氣衣服有點難曬乾。然後離老街也相對比較近。附近那個夜市就一般般，沒啥想吃的。所以最後還是去老街吃了。價格合適的時候還是可以住的。

隔音效果太不好了，隔壁房間大喊大叫沒完沒了的，很無奈！很無奈！ 隔壁喊叫聲音再加上馬路上的噪音，無奈…… 覺得這方面酒店疏忽於管理。 前台接待很專業，很有服務意識。

中規中矩，很清潔簡便，不是大富大貴，但能舒服安住，還有早餐和寬敞停車場，物超所值。此酒店最讓人稱讚的是它距離欽州真正的老街很近（人們常去的老街景區是洋人商人街或叫商埠碼頭街）！這裏原先也許有個被水環繞的龜城，現在被分拆成了幾個公園，最NB的是它是從前中國天涯的所在地，有天涯亭和田漢題詩碑！現如今老街上大多數建築都很破敗空洞荒涼，呈現出一派末世景象！

雖然浴巾有點破舊其他設施還是不錯的，停車場有點小，需要提前預約一下更好些。早餐簡單吃飽還是可以的。離老街挺近，那裡有很多地方小吃。
