房間跟好，適合家庭出遊，可以直接到海邊，可以趕海，但是成果嘛，就不好説了，小朋友玩得很開心。酒店旁邊有餐廳可以點餐到房間裏面吃，也可以買海鮮加工，但是海鮮沒有想象中的便宜，衹是很新鮮，鴻發市場可以去看看，但是建議晚上去，旁邊有停車場，停車方便。夜市吃得很多，烤生蠔大小不一樣10塊錢5到8個

真的就一般，這個價格不建議住這裏，可以住市區好一點的酒店。不過風景還可以，但海灘有點臟。

真不知道全是好評是怎麼來的，房間小就算了，就是工地那種板房，鏡子還對着床，隔音效果超級差，隔壁説話都聽到，樓上走動樓下都有震感，廁所一沖涼馬桶全濕了，要進廁所的話有人在洗漱就開不到門，需要走開才可以。完全不值這個價格，就是佔了地理優勢，走幾步就到海邊，可是這沙灘是真的臟，好惡心，海水也是黃的，真是處處踩坑，永遠也不去欽州了

住的環境還挺好，也特別適合孩子早上趕海，就是早餐和房費真的不搭配，這麼貴的房價，早餐衹有1碗海鮮粥和一兩個包子，從沒有見過這樣子的早餐，然後小孩子想多要一個饅頭，服務人員直接拒絕，實在是無語！

房間就在沙灘邊，睡在床上就可以近距離看見大海，坐在門口就可以看到孩子玩沙子，很方便。房間乾淨衞生，前台課的小姐姐也很熱情。
