酒店前台都非常熱情和貼心，房間設施完善，衞生方面也做得很好，環境很不錯，而且睡覺的時候也很安靜，地理位置不錯，離欽州東站和欽州灣廣場很近。因為來欽州看音樂節就訂了這個酒店，沒想到會睡得這麼舒服～

衞生條件越來越差，牆上很多處很明顯的污漬，枕頭也有污漬，燈也有兩處壞的，房間門口外面的墊子很臭，很大一股臭味
