房間設施壞了都不嗎，明知道是壞的還要給我住進去，就是因為我晚上入住太晚嗎，因為有事辦理入住已經一點了，那你們服務員也不能就給我安排個不好的房間吧，服務根本沒有，第二天打電話説水龍頭壞的，衹是給説本來就壞了，堵了，讓給我換房間，上來協調，我就住了一晚，早上就為了個洗漱，再折騰換個房間你們覺得不累嗎？等到退房也沒見個人上來。真讓人無語。酒店設施根本不值這個價格！大家慎重選擇！

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，性價比超高，應該是沁源縣最好的酒店了。地理位置也便利，出門往西沒多遠就是小吃街。五星好評！

房間不能自己開空調，想開空調要給前台打電話才能開，前台服務態度很差，房間衞生也打掃的不乾淨，2025年了，有這種酒店簡直離譜
