The room is clean and atmospheric, with complete facilities. The hair dryer is very useful. They were thoughtfully given a power card to use. It's only a ten-minute drive from Qinhuangdao Station, and there's a newly opened Jialejia nearby which is very lively. The fruits delivered are of high quality, and my husband loves them 🧑🏻🦱. The front desk service is friendly and enthusiastic, and the room sister is gentle in speech. ps: Thanks again to the check-in and night shift front desk today and the room sister who helped open the door. The only drawback is that there are no tissues on the bedside table in the room. There is basically no overhead light in front of the mirror in the room. The star who took the photo was secretly sad, but these are minor problems. 🌸 I will choose here again next time I come to Qinhuangdao.

我從來是不評論的，包括希爾頓我也不評論。 我一般都是在**訂酒店，這次2025年的清明節之前，我計劃來秦皇島，看了**很多的酒店，要麼就是貴要麼就是地理位置不好，再就是不太乾淨，而且開業時間長。 經過在小紅書的搜尋，偶然在評論區看到了，靜湖酒店的一條評論“請問大家新酒店該如何宣傳才能獲客？”報着試試看的心態我搜了一下**，居然沒有門店。我私信了靜湖的小紅書，説是3月份新開業的，並且價格我看才250多。於是我順藤摸瓜摸到了靜湖酒店的微信視頻號，非常的乾淨，藝術。 到這大廳以後，非常的別緻。很乾凈，很雅。 進入房間後，也是非常乾淨。我住的是8402哈，有幾個亮點: 1、有一個大浴缸還附帶玫瑰花瓣 2、房間很大，分區很多，還有個小茶歇的地方類似於陽台 3、智能馬桶 4、投影如圖 5、床墊很舒服 6、洗衣房有烘乾機，很不錯，推薦大家洗洗衣服並且烘乾，很棒 7、洗手枱，毛巾，淋浴，吹風機使用都很棒 當然也有一點點瑕疵，可以考慮改進: 1、智能系統交互不太智能 2、睡覺時隔音不太好（好像牆外在洗澡，有水流聲，但是不影響睡覺，做不到0分貝，可能有個30分貝左右。8402是這樣，建議晚上去聽聽看）

首先要給前台的服務員點贊，凌晨辦理入住，態度熱情，看到有小孩子主動提供小童用具和一次性馬桶套。大廳太亂了，燈光昏暗，應該是物業比較舊了。房間怎麼説呢，説是公寓更合適，設備不算新，也沒有豪華或者温馨的感覺，除了大沒啥亮點，物有所值吧。

Due to the wonderful experience of my first stay, I chose Starway Qinhuang East Street without hesitation the second time. After two days, I felt more like home. Due to the change of itinerary, I forgot to cancel the order for the next day due to my negligence. With the enthusiastic help of the hotel lady, I successfully completed the refund. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff again! I will choose StarCity next time. The hotel is newly renovated and the sanitary condition is very good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The room is quite big. I booked an eSports room, so check-in is on the seventh floor. There are two large computers in the room, which should be used for guests to play games or competitions. The room is big and the refrigerator has a lot of stuff, but it's not free. The hotel parking lot is large and parking is very convenient. The front desk, restaurant and floor staff are all very welcoming.
