A very nice service, listening to guest’s need. Fruit plate every afternoon with delicious fruits. I asked and got room changed due to noise and smell from kitchen. Also agreed to checkout 2 hours later than regular checkout time.

Great location and great rooms including the fitness center. However, the staff were terrible. On the first day they gave us a room which had dirty tissue paper at the toilet area still there. After complaining they changed our room and while one of us were in the shower they mistanenly gave our room key to another guest who then tried to enter our room. They compensated us with free breakfast but such an error was not expected at a Marriott hotel in the first place. Very disappointing. It also felt like the staff didn't really care the whole time with a very emotionless style of talking. Unfortunate.

I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.
