端午佳節，本想帶着老媽和孩子來秦皇島好好度假，誰料單位臨時通知開會，這計劃瞬間被打亂。熊孩子又非吵着要出去玩，老媽又腿腳不便，於是衹能讓老媽帶着孩子在酒店裡玩，出門前我是千叮嚀萬囑咐，要聽奶奶的話，不許亂跑，要照顧好奶奶。可剛出門不久，老媽就打來電話，説孩子自己跑去健身房玩，還把她鎖在了外面。 當時我真是又氣又急又無奈，衹能趕緊求助前台。前台經理七堇特別認真負責，電話裏一直安慰我別著急，還迅速把我的情況上報給了值班的總經理助理萬青。萬青得知後，第一時間放下手頭工作，安排七堇把媽媽接到大堂休息區。為了怕孩子在健身房受傷，萬青直接守在健身房幫我看着孩子。 更讓我感動的是，萬青看到媽媽腿腳不便，不僅幫我帶娃，還主動承擔起照顧媽媽的重任。前台小姐姐還從餐廳給媽媽打包了早餐。萬青怕媽媽獨自坐輪椅不安全，一直推着媽媽到處走。 等我散會趕到健身房，本想好好教訓一下熊孩子，卻看到萬青抱着孩子滿頭大汗地從健身房走出來。那一刻，我的憤怒瞬間轉變為感動。 我經常帶家人到處遊玩，住過不少酒店，但這次在亞朵的經歷，徹底讓我成為了亞朵的粉絲。我粉的不是環境、衞生這些，而是在萬青身上，我看到了一個酒店最應該呈現給客人的：走心的服務與無盡的使命感。 我一定會向身邊的人宣傳亞朵，以後也會一直選擇亞朵。真心感謝亞朵酒店的每一位工作人員，我是這個家庭的頂樑柱，是你們在我短暫失位的時候，幫我承擔了為人子為人父的責任。希望你們都能越來越好，酒店大賣。

It is recommended to overhaul it. The sound insulation of the external window is good, the wall floor is poorly soundproofed, and I was woken up by other guests in the middle of the night. Others are okay.

It is not far from the railway station, with convenient transportation and just avoiding the noise of the station. The room is not big, but it is enough for one person. The room type is not regular, but it is used just right. The bed is comfortable, and the quilt is neither thick nor thin, just suitable for this season, enough for guests to have a good sleep. It fully meets the maximum function of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. Because of waiting for the bus, I asked the front desk to delay the check-out for two hours, and it was readily agreed. For people who come to Qinhuangdao from home, it is indeed a good choice.

The price is very cheap, the facilities are new, the decoration is very careful, the service is very enthusiastic, the only regret is that parking is not convenient. I may choose to stay in Qinhuangdao again.

Due to the wonderful experience of my first stay, I chose Starway Qinhuang East Street without hesitation the second time. After two days, I felt more like home. Due to the change of itinerary, I forgot to cancel the order for the next day due to my negligence. With the enthusiastic help of the hotel lady, I successfully completed the refund. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff again! I will choose StarCity next time. Really enjoyed my stay at this place! Had a free room upgrade to Superior Room and wow it is massive! The hotel staff were all do polite and there is a laundry room & gym, which quite meets my needs. The gym might be a bit shody, but it's functioning.
