I didn't expect to have a balcony, but there was no anti-theft net on the balcony and it couldn't be locked at night. I had to ask the front desk to ask someone to lock the balcony door at night. The buffet variety is okay, but I don't eat in my own hotel, but in the hotel next door. Maybe the front desk lady in Vienna is too busy? The service attitude is overwhelming. There is still a lot of room for improvement
