Hotel located directly at the beach, even though it’s not the most beautiful of beaches, but that’s not their fault. Very good spa area with hot bath. Breakfast room was a little crowded and noisy, and they had cold water only upon request (and then just one glass).

Impeccable. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff are so friendly and kind. They make a great effort to speak and understand english. The Japanese restaurant is pricey but worth every cent. It is a little far from the city but the staff are ready to call a taxi at the drop of a hat. Excellent hotel.

Local friends said it is the best 6-star Burj Al Arab hotel in the area. The buffet dinner has a rich variety and the desserts are highly recommended. I saw the most perfect sunrise the next day, had breakfast, and ordered pancakes twice... I went there. Went to the Internet celebrity bookstore Cat’s Sky City opposite, everything was perfect! Finally, I asked for bread at the front desk to feed the seagulls. There was always a Siberian seagull stopping for you. It was romantic and free!

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing, western and Chinese food. They also have dinner a really good dinner buffet too. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Joey, the receptionist. He spoke English really well and he was really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have great time in Beidaihe.

It was a very pleasant trip. The hotel is very convenient and bustling around! The lady at the front desk upgraded our room, which was very spacious! The library on the second floor is very good, and there are picture books suitable for children. The breakfast is very rich, but the quality is still inferior to other five-star hotels. The service of the waiters in the restaurant needs to be improved. Generally, they will take the initiative to help children with hot things, but the waiters in this restaurant did not, and there was no sense of enthusiastic service.

The overall location of the hotel is very close to the auditorium, and shuttle buses can be arranged for travel, which is really necessary in the cold winter. Service: Yinlu's most intimate point-to-point taxi pick-up service perfectly solves the problem of being far away in Phase 8. Because I have stayed in another very popular hotel in Anaya before, the experience is average, so I changed to Yinlu this time. Yinlu can be said to be a complete victory in all aspects. It can be said that it is very lucky to find such a quiet hotel in Anaya. Zhao Yiming, the customer relationship manager of the hotel, has been answering some of my questions every day through WeChat since I checked in, and has arranged the disinfection of the private hot spring. It is completely realized that there is no need to go to the front desk or call the front desk by yourself. When people are eating out, they can get the fastest reply with a WeChat. It is a hot spring hotel in a large playground, suitable for bringing children to play, with many children's play facilities. I regret not staying in Senzeyuan. When I chose it, I saw that it was a private bath room and close to the beach, but the private bath room was a separate glass pavilion with a hot spring pool under the glass pavilion, next to the outdoor children's playground. It is not recommended. The big speakers on the beach are very noisy. The glass room is very hot in the house after a day of sun exposure. The air conditioner is not adjusted to 18 degrees. The outdoor temperature is 25 degrees and the indoor temperature is 35 degrees. I can only open the door and dare not turn on the light because it attracts flies and other insects. The shower door is broken and the toilet is easily blocked. It is close to the beach, but it is not necessary. Senzeyuan is right next to it, at least you live in the house.

Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English. Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit
