We very much enjoyed our stay . Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Very convenient location, a stone throw away from the beach. A mall is about 10 minutes away in a taxi. The only aspect we feel needs to improve is the breakfast. The menu was always the same which made a longer stay experience a bit boring, not always looking forward to dining. Perhaps changing a few items in the menu every morning will make that exceptional experience. Otherwise, an amazing hotel-keep it up!

The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a view. I was a little concerned about the large number of windows, but I didn't expect the view to be wider and more beautiful. I was amazed by the view and it was worth staying here.

The hotel and outdoor facilities convince by a great design and are top maintained. Absolut top Position directly at the wide and clean sandy beach. An absolute highlight is the pool on the roof with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy your stay. The indoor pool area is als very nice. Our room with large balcony and view of the beach was very clean and spacious. In the outdoor area is a large shallow children’s pool. Nice corners and seating areas invite you to linger. The beach directly in front of the hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. The Hotel also has a children area. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of delicious Chinese and Western dishes. We enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute!

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing, western and Chinese food. They also have dinner a really good dinner buffet too. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Joey, the receptionist. He spoke English really well and he was really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have great time in Beidaihe.

It was a very pleasant trip. The hotel is very convenient and bustling around! The lady at the front desk upgraded our room, which was very spacious! The library on the second floor is very good, and there are picture books suitable for children. The breakfast is very rich, but the quality is still inferior to other five-star hotels. The service of the waiters in the restaurant needs to be improved. Generally, they will take the initiative to help children with hot things, but the waiters in this restaurant did not, and there was no sense of enthusiastic service.

The housekeeper has thought of everything the guests thought of and didn't think of. Every detail is very attentive and considerate, helping to book tickets for the auditorium and library; making reservations to queue up for Internet celebrity restaurants; providing 24-hour almost special car pick-up, on-call, responsive, and very warm. Breakfast and afternoon tea are very good, and can be adjusted according to the guests' preferences, just like home. Going out for a walk on the beach at night, the hotel also provides warm babies, which makes people feel very warm in their hearts. This time, I blindly selected the Yinlu Hotel with my sister and we really found a treasure! From the moment I entered the glass door of the lobby, the fragrance mixed with the smell of sunshine made people relax directly. The room is reserved on the sunny side, and the sunlight coming in is really healing. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. I especially want to praise the manager Xiao Meng! She is very positive and patient in answering any questions. This kind of detail-oriented service really makes guests feel at home. The whole hotel is like a small utopia, with comfort in every corner, and even the toilet seat is warm (cleanliness ecstasy!). Before checking out, I specifically asked about the off-season room rate. I have already made an appointment with my bestie to come back in winter to hide away! Really, I don’t regret staying at Yinlu in Anaya! I recommend it to all sisters who want to lie down on vacation~

It was a very good trip. I took a hot spring bath and saw the winter sea. The room was very close to the sea and very clean. The guest relations officer, Wu Shuyu, provided excellent service and was very enthusiastic. He gave us a reminder before check-in and explained the precautions in detail. He also gave us souvenirs. My children liked it very much. I highly recommend it and will come again next time.

Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English. Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit
