第一次入住葡萄島，選擇了璞島酒店，房間很大很舒適，服務非常熱情，酒店樓下就可以直接釣魚，有很多小鱸魚，還獲得了一條小河豚酒店離海灘也很近，早上趕海非常方便，很好的一次入住體驗

首先，作為一個未開發完畢小島上的酒店，設施應該不必多説，但從進酒店電梯開始，心就涼一截，很一般，但這不是最重要的。其次，這個衞生問題，我們剛進房間，就發現床上用品不乾淨，有血跡顏色的污漬，不能完全確定，也可能是銹跡，反正就是不乾淨！衞生間也有衞生死角。關鍵我和我媽住酒店，居然來了個男的換床單？？？？第三，最最最離譜的是服務！到店前就沒人聯繫我，因為我帶了寵物，我去阿那亞和南戴河那邊，酒店都會提前聯繫溝通，而這家，我都要到了，還沒動靜，我就主動問了一下，她説他們聯繫不到客人，我真是活久見。到了以後，大廳沒有可以推箱子的坡，全是樓梯，我和我媽兩個人一個大箱子兩個包還有一衹狗，簡直是災難，好不容易到了辦入住的地方，等了半天跟我説房間在對面那棟樓，我們又搬着行李跑到對面，好不容易到了房間，給我打電話説弄錯了，讓我先不要入住，等一下他們服務員，37,8度的天氣，沒開空調，我們就等着，等來了以後，跟我説房間在對面，我真的炸了，有這樣的嗎？老的老，小的小，還拖着那麼沉的行李，被你們當猴耍來回跑？！然後沒有任何錶示，前台有個女的説話也不中聽，我們實在懶得折騰就住下了，真是住了這麼多酒店，民宿，第一次有這種經歷，無語至極！設施服務希望完善一下不要再坑害別的客人了！設施：一般衞生：較差服務：差差差！！！！
