非常滿意的一次入住體驗。在秦皇島的最後一天假期希望剛匯合來的三歲小外甥有個良好的大海、酒店體驗，選了萬豪。認知裏，萬豪雖不是最有特色的，但從未讓我失望過。入住辦理時，當值的姑娘告訴我還有間雙床主題房可以升級，毫不遲疑地要了，果真沒讓人失望，孩子很喜歡。兩間房都送了歡迎餅乾與果盤，原本很好挑剔的孩子們把餅乾都搶完了，估計味道很好。小外甥也光顧了小童樂園、小童戲水池，玩得不亦樂乎。
這家萬豪，可能是這幾年入住的感覺管理最好的一家了。等房間時，到前台詢問，直接查到告知我們打掃進度，其中一間已經打掃完，還差主管檢查一項流程，由於小孩子玩海衣服都濕了，需要換衣服就直接先把這間房卡給我們了，去了正好遇到認真的主管剛剛檢查完，很有保障的感覺。
早餐時人比較多，但整體井然有序，裏面用餐時，收拾桌面的服務人員很主動，翻枱快，雖然也排隊，但不亂。早餐品種豐富，標準五星級水準。
頂部的無邊泳池拍照的不少，應該挺出片，衹是有點袖珍了。裏面的標準池不錯，旁邊還有個小温泉池。唯一差一點點的是泳池的衣櫃，居然不是每人都有手牌鑰匙可發，可能是旺季人太多了？但有沒鎖的櫃子可以放衣物。
地理位置很好，離海近，旁邊是天空與貓，孩子們選購了不少自己喜歡的書。
總之，這家萬豪體驗很不錯，下次來，會首選入住。

總體還是不錯的，比較滿意。
房間樓層在十層（最高層），站的高，看的遠。
陽台的視野很好，能看到陸地和海灘。
房間內設施也挺新。
工作人員的態度和服務意識都很好。
室外的小娛樂水池孩子也很喜歡。
要説不太滿意的，有兩點:
1. 室內游泳池真的是臟，水很渾濁，能見度估計就幾米。水底各種雜物: 碎瓷磚、礦泉水瓶、用過的創可貼，真的噁心。要好好治理一下。看起來酒店管理層不太重視這個
2. 房門下面的縫很大，導致走廊的燈光會從縫中照進來，晚上睡覺時房間不夠黑，影響睡眠質量。

服務差，在前台登記站着三組客人，排隊等了足有40分鐘，工作人員不停敲着鍵盤詢問住客並錄入訊息，難道在攜程網上訂的酒店和出示的身份證不準確嗎？還是非要審查浪費時間？這樣的五顆星酒店也太差了

整體感覺暑假兩千+一晚的價格虛高了，硬件和服務都會給人不值得的感覺，要是一千多點，還算是一個合理的價格。建議酒店加強前台人員的培訓與管理，因為前台辦理入住是給客人的第一印象，最起碼要專業熱情，才會給客人好的印象，前台有位年輕的男孩，還是挺熱情隨和的。再就是兩千一晚的酒店，連小童洗護用品和挖沙工具都不提供，這也太不注重客户體驗感受了。客房服務不錯，收拾的乾淨，有需求相應也快，尤其工作人員李夢穎，會熱情的問住客有沒有什麼需求，要不要加水。再就是早餐，完全沒必要預訂時提前購買早餐，因為發現到店也是88一位的價格，有圖有真相。但早餐如果按88的價位來看還可以吧，就是有時還需要排隊，但排隊的原因有時也並不是因為沒空位，而是沒收拾出來。早餐廳經理還是認真負責的，看的出敬業的，就是個別工作人員不僅不熱情，還有些冷漠。一樓大廳吧價位挺合理的，入住前等待時，或退房等車時，可以去試試，小童樂園服務也很好。最後説下酒店合作的慕森旅拍吧，拍照效果挺讓人滿意的，咱自己確實拍不出來這種效果，如果有拍攝需求，建議可以多選幾個場景拍攝，因為多加片的套餐更合適。

服務態度真的很差，提前和酒店溝通要備註距離海邊近的房間，到了之後還是給了很差的房間。溝通後給做了升級，一共兩間房，一間做了免費 另一件説要補差價。前台態度超差，值班經理介入後沒有補差價。但整體感受太差。一下午的時間都在換房間，嚴重影響情緒
