房間枕套上有污漬，打電話到前台換枕套 前台讓換房間。她上來送房卡。上來了 我説換個枕套吧 告訴我沒有客房阿姨 不是小白，沒有客房阿姨不能換枕套嗎？那好 我説那就換個乾淨的枕頭 告訴我 換不了 衹能換房間。什麼邏輯 客房打掃一個房間多少成本 洗一個枕套有多少成本。真的是服務極差！前台那臉，那説話的語氣就跟我欠她錢一樣。

一直住他們家，孩子很喜歡他們家的智能家電，房間衞生也比較乾淨。這次住店接待我們的是一個帶眼鏡的女孩，笑容很甜，服務熱情，提前帶我們看了房間，安排了朝陽的房間，而且知道我們要出門吃飯，提前把空調給我們開好，回來後屋裡暖暖的。好評好評！
