樓層很高，可以俯瞰秦皇島。

在茂業樓上，很方便，樓下啥都有，去哪兒都不遠。 服務:辦理入住前台劉婉慧小姐姐，熱情服務，總是掛着笑容，幫助我們解決問題，非常不錯

特意選了洲際旗下的酒店，沒想到這麼差勁！四星的掛牌，三星的設施都不如…………衞生間的那個水永遠要麼燙的要死，要麼就冷得調節水温，每天都得花費10分鐘！分兩個訂單訂的房間居然還要每天下去重新刷房卡才行，第二天去刷續住的房卡，前台竟然問我房間需不需要打掃？簡直就是oh my God！都住一晚上了，怎麼説都會有垃圾吧居然問我需不需要打掃？？早餐品種少的可憐！而且收盤也不積極！早知道寧願去住亞朵……

Anny's service was very enthusiastic. She took the initiative to upgrade me to a room on the 45th floor with a view of the coastline. Seeing that I was an IHG member, she also gave me a free welcome drink. She was very warm, considerate and friendly. I felt at home. The hotel is in a very good location. It is next to the Maoye Center Mall, which is convenient for leisure and entertainment. Parking is free. Just tell the front desk the license plate number before leaving the car, and they will help to reduce the parking fee. Recommend everyone to stay here
