優點：海景陽台沒的説太讚了；吃飯、遊玩也都非常方便。缺點：設施比較老化；老式的房間佈局不太合理；因為臨街比較吵鬧而且頂層是露台餐廳晚上會收拾桌子噪音比較大會影響休息。
