酒店服務態度特別好，因為下出租車時候並不愉快。山海關，秦皇島之行真是體驗感極差，騙的騙，坑的坑，司機一個個跟吃槍葯了似的，下車正好被司機説了，到前台聽見，給我免費升級大套房！態度特別好，，説實話真心不推薦來這個城市玩，什麼都貴不説，到處陷阱，，但是總有好人，這個酒店前台的小姐姐就值得表揚，不知道記不記得我了，但是我想對她説聲謝謝，並不是因為房間，而是她提供的情緒價值！
