The hotel is located at No. 2 Caochang South Road, adjacent to Pingshuiqiao Bathing Beach and Laohu Stone Bathing Beach in the south. It is only separated from the sea by one road. It is a 10-minute drive from the Beidaihe exit of the Beijing-Shenyang Expressway and a 10-minute walk to the Shitang Road Market. The whole building is in the shape of a petrel. The house is magnificent and well-equipped. It was the only heated house on the seaside at that time. The Beining store covers an area of 21253.4m2 (about 32 acres), with a construction area of 13702.51m2, 1 restaurant and 3 conference rooms.

非常不錯～
臨時決定住在這，離海邊非常近。
雖設施傳統，但挺乾淨整潔的，睡的也還可以。
洗澡水值得贊，太好了！
停車方便，放在院子裏，滿意。
周圍吃的很多，出門就是小夜市，不遠的地方還有早上早市，賣各種水果蔬菜還有海鮮。
住的很多外國友人，總體滿意，值得再來！

離海邊很近，過一個小馬路再走幾步就到了，酒店比較乾淨，離老虎石公園走路10分鐘，就是七八月份北戴河管制較多，打車不太好打

房間非常乾淨，隔音效果差些，但是有一個很大的優點，就是有內部停車場，不用為停車發愁，夏天的北戴河全都是民宿，車都停到馬路邊，路口非常差，天佑家的酒店為我們解決了這一難題，就衝著這個也得好評

到了發現一些小問題，酒店前台很好解決了，新屋裡設施齊全，就是插座少了一些，院裏環境優美，很不錯，離沙灘也很近，真的很不錯。

房間挺大，衞生乾淨，庭院深淺遠離噪音，離海邊很近，步行3、4分鐘就到平水橋浴場了。賓館旁邊就是餐飲集中區，再向北走幾百米就是餐飲一條街，價格也不高。賓館離聯峯山不遠，步行15分鐘可達。下次來還會考慮這家店的。

室內沒有主燈，衹有兩個床頭燈，早上晚上化粧特別昏暗，體驗感特別差，室內環境裝修和圖片視頻不符，衞生也很一般，浴巾就是家用毛巾那種，都很差，看着也不乾淨，一點也不像是大酒店，隔音也超級差，走廊有一點動靜，室內都聽的特別清楚，早上會被吵醒，樓道里也昏暗，第一天用水沒熱水，第二天打電話問説是得放個半小時熱水能上來，然後洗澡地漏堵了流了一地水，衞生間馬桶圈也有點歪，就是整體都給人不乾淨的感覺，本來定酒店就是以為是個連鎖店，圖他衞生環境能好，結果沒一點地方讓我滿意
