我在攜程上提前一個月訂的2樓家庭4人套房，還特意打電話跟酒店確定了時間和房間預留202.結果10.00到了酒店，告訴我工作人員出問題了.房間給別人了，客人續住了一天，房間出不來。要給我調了個一個雙人間和一個大床房。並讓我把攜程退了，改線下交費，説能補我50元房費，我覺得店家不靠譜，沒退攜程。把行李寄存酒店，帶家人去海邊玩了。12.00多吃完飯回來合計無論哪個房間先入住我們休息下。結果告訴我跟人協商麼，看能退房給我不，我又在前台等到12.20多，還沒結果，當時真的很生氣，我跟老闆説，好歹你倒出一間房間讓我們休息下，這才開始讓人收拾屋子，入住2樓的一間家庭房209.我父母住的家庭房還挺好，在裏面不吵。我的在樓梯第一間201.晚上11點多還有人陸續回來，屋子進去就是床，空間小，開了空調也很悶，還根本不隔音，吵吵鬧鬧的，後半夜我才睡着。第二天13.00多房子出來了，才換到我訂的房間。這個家庭房真心不錯，空間大，不悶，兩個屋子都有空調。這個酒店優點是離老虎石公園很近，走路8分左右，海邊玩方便，衞生條件還好，給準備了蚊香。缺點是服務不到位，遇到事情解決起來沒有章法。我上的圖是201.住宿一定別選這間。別的房間跟他們圖片一致，就不上圖了.

客棧位置很好，離老虎石公園走路幾分鐘就到了，客棧附近吃早點海鮮燒烤很多，肯德基麥當勞必勝客也衹有幾百米。老闆人很和善，熱情周到，走時一件衣服忘了，老闆打電話聯繫我們並快遞到家，真的很不錯

總體不錯，這個位置這個價位，房間已經是性價比很高的了，晚上比較安靜，離海邊幾分鐘了到了，附近也都是飯館便利店，離必勝客麥當勞也很近，距離石塘路市場走路也就是10分鐘，衞生也乾淨，沒有異味
