是民宿，在小區裏，小區在湯河邊上，所以算兩面都有水，距離距離金夢海灣不遠，前邊有一個爛尾樓工地，小區門口有個牌子不讓住民宿的車進，房間就是大開間，因為距離海邊近，肯定是潮濕的，會有黴味。如果是訂多間房的注意你們可能不在一個樓。三十多層的樓只有兩個電梯正常運行。

超級讚的一家店，我本人長年出差。這麼好的店不多見，非常值得推崇，房間位置一流，衞生超級乾淨。環境好，下樓幾步就是大海。一室一廳一廚一衞。有了家的感覺。面朝大海來個燒烤啤酒太哇塞了。老闆娘是大美女，非常熱情。
