#房間設施不齊全 #房間用品質量比較差 #房間有異味 #民宿位置比較偏僻 非常差，平台定完了，非得讓在平台在定一覺，然後我説微信交按金就變成了200。我説退房，才讓我交100我就特服，轉身上樓的瞬間，那個後進來的前台，就切了我一聲，***的是來旅遊的，不是受氣的，最**鬧心的是，我進屋以後發現沒有水，外面30多度的天氣，玩了一天，告訴我，洗不了澡，還不直接説，讓我等，等半個小時，結果，一直到第二天早上9點多，一直沒水，想想，算了，退房得了，用我們自己帶的礦泉水洗漱的，呵呵，更有才的是，我們覺得北戴河不好玩，住宿環境太差，就出發去了別的地方，剛到，告訴我們，用水給房間泡了，發河了……真的是特大號無語。我們入住就沒水，然後我們走了，就發大水，給房間泡了，，我9點多退的房，你們是**麼，不知道去看看房間嗎？你咋不等我回家在**告訴我，我給你們房間泡了。北戴河，再也不去了。我會給文旅局，投訴，維權。憋氣。

環境總體來説還行，離商場進，設施不完善，除了廁所其他地方沒有衞生紙，也沒有礦泉水，也沒有拖鞋（洗澡的鞋），給酒店打電話，基本上是不接的，給客服發訊息也不回，導致找不到前台，民宿網上線下名稱不一樣，不打電話根本找不到，電話必須打三遍以上才接，前台幾個女生，第一個弄不明白，下一個弄，第二個也弄不明白，第三個弄，弄不明白招那麼多人幹啥的呢？高考完和朋友出來玩，給我拿一堆表填，行，又説未成年要去派出所填表，讓我先休息一下，下午別出門在屋裡等，我從下午16:00就開始等，連衣服都沒換等到20:00也沒人來敲門，直到退房也沒人來找我去派出所，那説那一堆屁話做戲給誰看呢？***，浪費我一下午時間，住這麼多地方，第一個入住之前要交按金，以為枕頭被子有多值錢呢，都**破洞了還要按金呢，枕頭套都甩二里地去了。總之，急性子別住，因為他們能急死你哈哈
