房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生，生活用品很齊全，處處都可以看出房東的用心，住着非常舒服，院子環境也好下次來青州還會再來的。

贈送的圍爐煮茶就是噱頭，本來孩子很期待，結果前台説現在衹有茶，沒有奶沒有點心，説現在來的人少，買了都過期了，也不能給客人過期的東西。沒有可以不寫贈送啊，就像沒有早餐可以寫不送早餐。附近也沒有早餐外賣。
房間太冷了，開了一晚上空調可能也不到20度，衞生間就更冷了。
毛巾都是破破爛爛的感覺。
