My family and I stayed here for two days (1 night) in early November. The whole experience was fantastic. Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful. The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful environment and fresh air. The upgraded rooms are large and have good views. The hotel has complete supporting facilities such as swimming pools, hot springs, and children's activity centers, which are very suitable for family trips. The hotel butler Haonan provides considerate and thoughtful service, actively and proactively meeting the needs of guests throughout the whole process, making guests feel at home.

Walking around all year round, staying in hotel apartments, there are so many low prices to stay, like home, toiletries, super good. The bedding is clean and super comfortable. It is rarely evaluated by the hotel. You must choose this one next time.

This price is really beyond my experience. The room is very warm, with washing machine mineral water, and a viewing platform. Suitable for sitting and drinking some tea, brushing the circle of friends and the like. Downstairs is the commercial street, you can send everything you need to the room, thank the boss for some convenient calls and surrounding introductions. The hotel is far from the city, and there are not many public transportation options, so it is more friendly to self-driving. The hygiene can be of a higher standard, and the towels are a little damp. The facilities are relatively complete, the service is very good, and the children are very satisfied, especially the front desk who checked in on the first day was smiling, making people feel at home. I hope there will be more value-added services next time I stay. I wish it gets better and better!
