Guangzhou was just an hour away, super close, and Qingyuan Chimelong is also nearby. The villas are all newly renovated, no strange smells, clean and hygienic. The facilities are quite comprehensive, with mahjong, hot springs, and barbecue grills all provided. The pool even has water slides, making both adults and kids happy.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room hygiene is perfect, making people feel comfortable; the staff is polite, warm and thoughtful, creating a homely warmth.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Most staff didn't speak English, which is quite common, but with the use of a translator, communication was OK. The hotel manager spoke very good English and was available when required. The weather wasn't good during my visit but the staff did what they could to make our stay comfortable. Hot Springs were nice although not all pools were available which wasn't a problem.

The guesthouse is ideally situated in Butterfly Bay, making it incredibly convenient for families with children visiting Chimelong Qingyuan. Our elderly family members with mobility issues stayed behind at the guesthouse, and the host took wonderful care of them. With KTV and other entertainment facilities available, they had plenty to keep them occupied. The host and staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. They were discreet and never intrusive but always ready to communicate proactively and resolve any issues. The villa itself is spacious, dynamically designed, features high-end decor, and is fully equipped. They also offer a generous, freshly prepared breakfast. An evening stroll by Crystal Lake was wonderfully relaxing. Overall, our experience was superb! One night simply wasn't enough, and we'll definitely be back. Since returning, I've already recommended it to friends and family planning a Chimelong family trip, as well as to colleagues in need of a team-building venue.

Our department booked a 150-square-meter villa with three bedrooms and four beds. There was a hot spring pool in the small garden at the entrance, and our three children had a lot of fun playing in the water. The pool was empty and very clean when we checked in. We just had to turn on the tap to drain water when we needed it. We were very satisfied with the hygiene. Although the villa is not too big, each room has enough space. It is still spacious for our five adults and three children, and we are very satisfied with the three bathrooms. The beds are clean and comfortable, and there is a washing machine, clothes drying rack and clothes pole. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that Qingyuan is indeed a place with a relatively pristine natural environment. There are more mosquitoes than in big cities. Mosquito coils are provided in the villa. Turning on the air conditioner and closing the door early can reduce the number of mosquitoes flying into the room. The B&B manager also provides fruits. The included buffet breakfast is simple and unpretentious, including steamed buns, fried noodles, eggs, sweet potatoes, glutinous rice chicken, etc. It is down-to-earth and filling, but don't expect it to be hotel-level. We were also given six tickets to the Crystal Lake Water Park. We hadn’t originally planned to go, but later decided to give it a go. We didn’t expect it to be so huge! Lots of water activities and fun! Both kids and adults were having so much fun that they didn’t want to leave! Moreover, there were not many people during the May Day holiday, the water park had just opened and was very new, and the facilities were very clean! Big Twitter push!

I came to Qingyuan to play with my friends, went rafting on the first day, and went to Chimelong on the second day. I didn't want to get up too early on the second day. Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are three hangers in a room, which is obviously not enough, so I can put thin clothes on the shelf of the room. It turns out that the shelf is so clean and there is no dust at all. It is really the cleanest hotel or apartment I have ever stayed in at the same price, and even more than some high prices.
