The hotel environment is quite good, and the front desk staff are excellent. I highly recommend staying here. However, I wouldn't recommend the buffet. The ingredients weren't fresh; some of the shellfish and snails had sand in them. The restaurant manager's attitude was mediocre. When I checked in, I had already arranged with the front desk staff that I'd need to pay for a half-price buffet for my child who was over the height limit. For some reason, the restaurant staff didn't acknowledge this and even called the front desk to verify this small amount in front of us, which made for a very unpleasant experience. Eventually, they realized their mistake after checking their work group chat, apparently misremembering the room number. Also, the breakfast was just average. Overall, the dining experience definitely doesn't live up to 5-star standards.

This veteran five-star hotel truly boasts a profound foundation. Its classic design is timeless, and while it heavily features an Arabian style, it feels incredibly authentic, completely devoid of any cheap imitation. They clearly spared no expense on both the hardware facilities and soft furnishings; it might not grab your attention at first glance, but it's very pleasing to the eye and feels incredibly durable! The entire resort is well-equipped with abundant activities, and the quality of food and accommodation is good. There are a few points worth noting for upcoming guests. Firstly, the floor plan of each guest room building is shaped like a giant square ('口'), with only one elevator. If you, like me, are assigned a room far from the elevator, it will take at least 2 minutes, or even more, to walk from the elevator! Secondly, the 'pet interaction' is very mini; a more diplomatic way to put it would be 'exquisitely compact.' Thirdly, the parking lot layout is illogical with confusing signage, so even experienced drivers might need to circle a few times to get their bearings, haha!

U won’t wanna look at their facial expressions. Location of the hotel is near the wholesale areas which is not any near the main shopping area.
