再也不會入住的酒店！
1，隔音極其差！隔壁房間的電視機聲音，人的説話聲，樓上用洗手間時的水聲，全都能聽到！樓上十一點左右發神經一樣狂拉傢俱，吵了十幾二十分鐘，打電話給酒店讓去處理，一點用都沒有，吵到快兩點，再打電話給酒店投訴。隔音差的恐怖，遇到奇葩遊客更慘！
2，這裏的工作人員全都是沒有笑容的，入住的也是退房的也是，連早餐收券那個人也是，全部都像機器人一樣上班……入住快九點，結果那個湯池到9：30就結束，雖然是我們臨時訂酒店沒有看清楚那個時間，但入住那個工作人員完全沒有服務意識一説，讓我們趕緊換衣服，可以晚十分鐘十五分鐘關門，這樣也可以吧？？早餐時間泡湯時間全都是我們問的，更別説你想聽到對方主動熱情介紹。
3，第一次見房間連一張椅子都沒有！房間牆壁也臟……房間那個固話打給房務中心是打不通的，衹能打攜程平台上的電話……
4，早餐種類極少，能吃飽算不錯了衹能説。反正兩間房一千簡直就是性價比極其低！

房間總體還不錯，可能是遊區裏面設施有點欠缺，送了山水樂園門票，但是冬天沒啥用！

週末周邊出遊，房內的設施衞生都不錯，也有挺大的停車場；這是家庭套房，原本就設計了3個人住，但是瓶裝水、温泉票、早餐票都衹提供2人份，又要另外付費買一份，就很不合理，建議改善

住在這裏最方便的就是可以一早進入筆架山，人少空氣好，拍照也是隨便拍，不怕周圍都是人，走了一圈，其他遊客才來。哈哈😄
