1、先是前台開錯房間給了一間標雙，我訂的是完全不同貴更多的獨立泡池大床。反應後更換。
2、床單上有蝨子，頭髮。反映後換被褥。
3、從入住到退房，房間電視一直無法觀看。反映後説技術部在處理。最終沒有解決。

地磚劃痕明顯且牆面有隆起積灰顯的非常簡陋，電視機小的可憐，泡池旁的窗簾發黴發黑非常噁心。最不能接受的是淋浴間的沐浴露洗髮水是用礦泉水瓶裝的，我是從來沒有遇到過漲見識了。500多的價格住這樣的房間，哪怕提前團購也要380多，非常不值得，大家千萬別上當！
泳池水臟死懸浮物一大片，早餐也非常簡單，我第一次給酒店差評，所以寫的比較認真且真實，大家擦亮眼睛看看吧

真的很差勁 作為自駕遊最後一站 真的很後悔
當天到酒店 下暴雨 我把車停到辦理入住大門前
帶着兩個小孩還有行李 工作人員也沒有出來幫忙拿一下行李 目測後尾箱離大堂就10米
淋着雨把行李箱拖下來進去辦理入住
辦完入住又告訴我的別墅區在對面 又要淋着雨過去對面 那麼大雨不幫忙接行李也就算了 知道我別墅區在對面那麼大雨也不知道幫忙嗎？很艱辛走到對面別墅區遇到年輕的工作人員 我問他我的第三棟在哪 他居然説不知道？？？在這上班在哪都不知道 🤷🏿我當時驚呆了 拖着行李帶着小孩終於找到了 網上圖片我知道別墅比較簡陋 我不挑毛病 但細節要做好吧？？一進門 全是消毒水味道 明顯是床單的 想喝水竟然沒有礦泉水 一身濕進廁所居然沒有浴巾！！？立刻打電話前台 過了大概8分鐘一個阿姨送過來了 休息兩小時帶小孩去水上樂園玩 我也不挑毛病了 回到房間大概過了半小時 全部人穿的拖鞋發臭 是超級無敵臭 整屋全是拖鞋散發出來的臭！！！那麼大個酒店 能不能買一些好一點的拖鞋 你這些臭到扔馬路邊都會被人嫌棄 晚上睡覺床單也是不乾淨 好癢好癢！！！第二天我肚子前面後背都長了紅點！！真無法忍受特意過來差評！！
