酒店設計摩登，新派，去清遠長降動物王國自駕只需約30分鐘

設施：酒店設計理念還是挺不錯的。但是畢竟訂的是親子房...洗刷用品就衹有大人的兩套放着。小朋友用的沒有...估計酒店主打以商務為主，親子設備還是跟不上節奏。更想吐槽的是，8～9度的天氣居然不供暖...前台還説如果你覺得冷就蓋多一張被子然後叫我不要開空調就行，沒制暖又不開空調，這是想悶死在密不透風的房間嗎？好吧，那我就打電話叫人拿多一張被子給我們，我去那張被子是薄的...真是無語了🤦♀️沒感冒都要感謝自己的抵抗力。
衞生：窗邊都是灰塵，還有5隻蚊子的屍體，洗手間的小童小坐墊都是灰塵...估計壓根就沒人擦過。
服務：服務完完全全的差勁.除了早餐的工作人員我看見是有笑容的，其餘的工作人員特別是前台...一點接待的樣子都沒有...好像那些賣名牌的貨姐一樣。住了這麼多酒店真是最德不配位的服務就是這裏。還有..借傘這點小事，保安叫我找前台，前台又叫我找保安，你們工作分工不明確的嗎...叫人走來走去覺得很有意思嗎？然後不知道搞什麼鬼活動...估計也沒人理我們這些散客...連想吃個晚自助餐都説滿了...因為有活動。連入住的人都保證不了餐飲位置問題...真的很差勁。
總結：不會再來。畢竟賺散客的錢...都不是錢。壓根沒所謂吧
