對待網上訂單散客很不友好。2月14日預訂豪華江景房（9至15層），同時留言備註要求高樓層房間，但3月15日13點45辦理入住，酒店直接給一個9層。提前一個月預訂並留言，當天提前辦理入住還不行，經過爭取直接質問這麼早預訂這麼早來辦理入住就給9層，最後他們才給了13層房間。詢問第二天有沒有交通車去馬拉松場地，告訴我沒有，但是第二天早上酒店門口有包的公交車去馬拉松場地，以上應該是為某些團隊服務的。感覺這個酒店以團客為主，對網上散客不怎麼搭理甚至服務很差。衞生不太行，衞生間設施陳舊。酒店建設年代比較久，衞生間，浴池邊角能看到污垢，特別是浴盆旁邊長黴的快成青苔了。酒店設施陳舊，1315房間的馬桶一直在漏水，有聲音。睡覺後才知道，但是第二天要跑馬拉松，勉強睡著了。 早餐自助難吃的要死，標價為50多，甚至不如那些經濟性酒店的自助餐，品種少，份量少，一碗粉就一個牛奶杯子大小且難吃，其他一樣難吃。地上停車場路線規劃垃圾，進出指示也不清楚，關鍵線路很容易被別人停車擋住，阻礙交通。地下車庫車位設定和出入口不匹配，進出麻煩。建滔為香港企業，他們老闆也是一個追求極致的人，清遠這個酒店外觀比較漂亮，但是管理和服務跟不上，金玉其外敗絮其中，最多2.5星標準。
