房間不錯 裝修也不錯 被子也不錯 就是偶遇了電熱水器突發狀況沒法洗熱水澡 店員表示昨天還沒問題並積極進行了其他補償 服務還是不錯

床墊帶血需要清洗，要到第二天下午經過我們的詢問才能拿回來，沒有任何的備用物資，酒店方也沒有任何的歉意甚至覺得理所當然，也不會主動告知床墊的後續，不問就沒有。衞生一般，住的幾天就陪伴了停水停電，儲水缸沒有，備用發電也沒有，停水提前告知更沒有，後續解決方案自然也是沒有的啦，當然錢也不會少收你的，總之恆大別墅可以，但是這個中介下的別墅就別來了吧，大好時光就不要拿來和客服推磨拉卸了
