真的是黃騰峽附近最好的民宿，雲南小院的設計感， 浪漫小資感十足，老闆特別熱情周到， 房間乾淨整潔。 尤其是餐食特別好，兩天六頓全部都在小院解決， 啫啫雞很入味勁道， 清蒸魚非常鮮美，南瓜蒸排骨，豆角茄子，筍炒花腩都非常好好吃。 夏天去沒吃到早餐的紅薯，不過玉米也很清甜。 泳池很乾凈，暑假人也不多。 以後還會再去

看到視頻號，説得有多好，所以就下單洛訂的房間衞生真的一般般，之前房客留下在衞生間脣膏還沒清理凈，餐廳，垃圾桶放在一箱箱碗筷的旁邊民宿500到1000的房價，堪比五星級的收費，居然不包早餐，還要收15元一位的早餐費用餐廳吃飯的份量有點少，清遠民宿兼農莊一般份量很足上山頂的木屋房，斜坡長了許多青苔，一不小心就會滑倒，遇到下雨天更糟糕，親眼見到有個美少女滑倒了）木屋的房門前還有蜘蛛網，清潔房間時，清潔人員把床單放在地板上了，當時忘記拍照了老闆娘態度不好，正如她自己在**視頻號所説，不會笑迎來客，也許是暑假，她不擔心生意不好，也或許她衹想做一次性客人唯一就是看見他們當天清洗了泳池對於一個整天出去浪的人，總體來説，這家店老闆娘真的一般般，衞生一般般，地理位置近黃騰峽，漂流就在旁邊，要自駕，有部分山路還在開挖房間設施對不起五星的收費如要去筆架山，漂流，建議住在清遠市區的阿朵酒店，服務好，包早餐，乾淨舒服，房價也OK

先説環境，小院打理的很舒服，很多水汽也不會熱。就是山路太難走，基本上山了就不會選擇中間下山，因為山路很難走，感覺挺危險。
但是小院是理想中的山裡，看風景，温馨的。
非常不滿意的是，本來是來山裡安靜的躺着的，結果週末都是親子或者聚會出遊，白天吵就算了，樓上彷彿住了千軍萬馬的感覺，8點多開始不停的拖板凳，掉物品，關門，奔跑，10點半跟老闆反映，説樓上可能在喝酒，有聽到去溝通，但是沒有一點點效果！！！想安靜睡覺，結果一直躺着等到凌晨1點樓上才安靜，真是出來找罪受。希望每個外出的人保持文明
