The hotel facilities are quite good. The room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The carpets were spotless, which was very reassuring. The bed was perfectly made, and the room amenities looked surprisingly new – a clear sign of excellent maintenance, showing no wear and tear despite its age. It felt very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Considering the price, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

After staying in the city for a long time, it is really a pleasure to live in the mountains occasionally.
It is about a 20-minute drive from Bijia Mountain. Pass the Bijia Mountain Ticket Office and continue up the mountain. The rooms are clean and tidy, with full wifi coverage. Each room has a hot tub and heating. Other activities in the hotel include a country-style park, a country-style KTV, and automatic mahjong machines.
Firewood-fired cauldron for human bath: Make an appointment in advance, they really use firewood to boil water, add mugwort to soak in the water, it feels quite special, but it is very hot.
Himalayan Salt Steaming: Open from afternoon to 11:30pm. It's a bit like a sauna but not that hot. You can stay in it for more than half an hour and it's quite comfortable.
Service: We can take care of the guests in each room. fine.

The fourth-floor pool is a standout feature, offering incredible photo opportunities, especially at sunset. The staff are incredibly friendly, and there's a complimentary photographer by the pool offering a 10-minute session, with photos sent directly to your phone immediately after. Rooms are well-appointed with smart toilets, a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, and a full set of fruit and tea amenities. If your budget permits, this place is truly the ultimate choice. Moreover, the hotel provides complimentary tickets to the T-3 Tea Plantation, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the peak forest from its summit – absolutely worth a visit.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

GGuest UserI ran nearly a thousand kilometers yesterday and was very tired. I chose a hotel close to the highway. I was really satisfied. I rarely leave reviews because I am afraid that the reviews are not good enough. My husband is also very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. , the sanitary facilities are very good, quiet, the breakfast is small, complete, and delicious, especially the front desk service is excellent. I just got home and lost the earphones in the hotel. I called to chase them and they have already sent them to me. To be honest, Five-star rating, trustworthy!

The whole experience was fantastic.
Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite.
The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful.
The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout.
All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps.

UUtopus_HythThis is an excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff. I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

GGuest UserI had some reservations after reading the reviews, but I'm happy to report it exceeded my expectations. Let's start with the positives: the location is unbeatable. After rafting, we could head straight back to our room for a shower, avoiding the crowds – even during off-peak season, the scenic area was incredibly busy!
The service was excellent and very patient; they cheerfully answered all our questions about the local attractions. There's free, unlimited ice cream in the lobby, and you can get pool tickets from the front desk. The pool water was very cold, definitely a true mountain spring-fed experience. A special mention for the hairdryer in the room – didn't catch the brand, but it was incredibly powerful and effective! While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the food was delicious.
Now for the downsides: The hotel doesn't have its own parking. We had to walk quite a distance with our luggage. The front desk mentioned that guests needed to inform security to drive in, which was a bit inconvenient as I had already walked in. Perhaps due to its mountainous location, the room felt a bit humid, but it improved significantly after turning on the air conditioning. Soundproofing was just average.
Despite these minor points, I still highly recommend this hotel. Thumbs up!

AAnonymous UserThe price is OK, the transportation is convenient, the facilities are old. When I went there, there was no network. When an aunt came up, the machine was opened. When I came up, I looked around and the things in my room were very uncomfortable and the sound insulation was not good. If the requirements for business trips are not high, you can live.

AAnonymous UserMy family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay.
The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day!
Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

FFer888Beautiful place to stay, very relaxing and comfortable rooms. Plenty of things to do, many hot springs to chose from, delicious food. Great experience for me and my wife I definitely recommend this place. Mr Cai Xiaowei was really helpful and ready to solve our needs in English.

GGuest UserThe location is truly excellent. As it was my first time visiting Qingyuan, I chose this hotel and was thoroughly impressed after checking in. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively offered recommendations for fun local attractions and activities. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Qingyuan.
