II. Environment

III. Meals
1. Breakfast, although not many types, but looking refreshing, neatly arranged, and not fooled at all. The fried dumplings are wrapped by themselves, the skin is thin and the filling is much, and the taste of the pot is great. The knife noodles are very strong, and the side dishes even have dried beef. Friends of the same group added some snow vegetables, said that eating very happy.
2. For lunch, the ingredients are fresh, the weight is sufficient, and the taste is great! Crispy ribs were wrapped by the children. The steamed meat is fat and thin, soft and fragrant, and I actually ate 2 large pieces of meat. Other local specialties taste great. The private room is simple and elegant, and the dining environment is comfortable.

On a hot day, help us turn on the air conditioner in the room early, enter the room, cool and comfortable. I accidentally said that I wanted to drink coffee. I sent us a latte and ice American style in a while, and also brought a cup of milk to the child. It was so intimate!
2, matters dealt with ”zero delay”.
(1) One day at the hotel for lunch, maybe I ordered low blood sugar, physically uncomfortable, my husband asked the waiter for a sweet drink, the waiter said that there is no here, go to the warehouse to get, then run to the warehouse, quickly panting to send the drink, I am very embarrassed!
(2) There is still a day, please make an extra room card at the front desk. As a result, the room card will be delivered to the room within a few minutes after contacting. The processing and response to the needs of the guests is really too fast!
(3) After breakfast, my girlfriend and I had coffee while chatting. After the waiter cleaned the plate in time, we saw that we were chatting and sent some fruits specially. It was a little accident and liked it.
3. Real quality service. From the front desk, restaurant waiters to the room cleaning aunts, from the manager to the ordinary staff, every staff member I met was smiling, sincere and meticulous. The biggest feeling of this stay is that the service is super good! Good enough to keep complimenting friends.
V. Room
We stayed in a 180-degree viewing twin room with a large area, spacious space and reasonable layout. There is a bubble pool and a tatami mat, suitable for multi-child families, and the walk-in cloakroom is very easy to use. The bedding is comfortable, I usually pick the bed, but I can sleep at ease here. The terrace of the room is very foreign, tables and chairs are placed under the white umbrella, and the wall of the terrace is made of flower mirrors. Sitting on the terrace when the weather is suitable, drinking tea, chatting, reading, and emptying... are very pleasant.
VI. Health
The room is refreshing and tidy. The first thing you do every time you stay in the hotel and enter the room is to wipe the contactable place with a disinfectant wipe. For example, desktop, bed backrest, door handle, remote control, switch, sofa, chair, faucet, toilet... After this hotel wiped, there was no obvious dust on the wipes. You know, many five-star hotels are not clean!
