樓層服務人員禮貌問候，熱勤周到，因為是雨天入住，特意提醒可以迴廊去餐廳前台，避免淋雨;
房間乾淨，暖氣給力，窗紗有個破洞，但不影響使用，早餐品類略顯單薄，咖啡甜品可以;
