去銀川的路上，休息一晚。房間還不錯。車庫車位很窄，不太友好。後來發現下單的時候附帶了什麼體驗項目，但是前台沒有作任何介紹。最一言難盡的是早餐，非常簡單。工作人員圍了六七個人，但就是沒人幹正事兒，牛奶沒了，問了兩遍都沒人加，第三遍説把桶傾斜了倒😂吃了個寂寞，但是因禍得福，去找了一家當地早餐店，羊肉吃到爽

首先，我想説明的是我這人一般是不發表評論的，但是這次確實想説兩句，我們這次是回來探親，一大家子人因為家裡住不下所以出來住酒店，我在鳳凰，希爾頓，鉑美做了很久的對比，鉑美太遠，希爾頓裝修時間長，最終因為鳳凰離家近，同樣是4星，停車方便，裝修年限不長而選擇鳳凰酒店，原本想着先登一天看看情況，沒想到服務真的好。我和我和媳婦小孩，還有兩個外甥分別登了一間大床房和一間標間，我有個外甥患有哮喘，這是在登房子的時候沒有考慮到的，雖然已經18歲了但是對煙味比較敏感，當我想要換到無煙樓層時，無煙樓層已經沒有標間了，酒店經理的時候及時聯繫到我們，為了讓我們可以及時照顧到孩子，免費給我們升級到無煙樓層的家庭套房，包括大床和標間，還有個客廳，真的很方便，態度好到我怪不好意思的，今天我們已經住了四天了，第一天的攜程結算了，所以必須一波好評！服務態度好當你進入大堂就能感覺到，房間很乾凈，床也很舒服，超越了我對這個價位酒店的認知。

服務非常好 本來定的東樓離着要去的地方有點距離直接給轉到西樓還給升級了房間。進去之前服務員直接給插上電卡打開空調多放了水。確實非常超預期，下次來慶陽還會選擇繼續入住。
早餐也非常豐盛
