真是一言難盡，也是多年來第一次向平台投訴的店。標註兩張1.3米床，帶孩子入住，進門一看就是1.2米的，我以為前台開錯房了，到前台確認，前台説就是1.3米的，那表情就是：絕對是，不容質疑，沒事找事。太晚了，不計較了，湊合一晚。回房間發現床單有零食的污漬，被子上有芝麻，不重要了，太累了。剛躺下沒一會兒，隔壁來了一對男女開始折騰，這房間哪有隔音，孩子還沒睡着，真是尷尬死，然後就無休止的、毫無顧忌的暢聊，我第二天要上長途，過年、拜年實在累，忍了兩個多小時實在忍不了了，我敲了兩下牆，才沒聲了。期間還有醉酒入住的，這隔音就不存在，感覺就是帳篷的隔音效果。窩一肚子火，早上醒來就向平台投訴投訴了，前台的態度最起碼沒那麼生硬了，老闆也來了，但是，對存在的問題極力辯駁着，床是1.25的，床品污漬是我入住沒提出，隔壁的嘈雜是我沒給前台反映溝通，我隔壁這間房也是前台的隔壁，你敢説你聽不着？我就要店家一個態度，店家還費心查了我的家庭住址和單位，明確告訴你，你提誰都不能阻止我給你差評。

就衞生間下水很慢，洗個澡水都要溢到外面去，門口全是水的那種。
整體還是不錯，又一次行浴巾毛巾等（單獨收費）
