網上訂的大床房，到了以後女前台告知沒有房間了，讓我退單，態度非常不好，後來一個男經理説換到另一個酒店，我説讓退還差價，女前台態度更惡劣，最後男經理帶到了另一個酒店，他態度非常好，一路上幫我們拿東西。女前台自己的錯誤不知道反省，定好了房間説忘記了，態度還不好，應該是管理還不夠到位吧
