環境不錯，就是酒店維護不好，電梯一股黴味，房間電話是壞的，早餐簡單。本來我覺得就住一晚，沒什麼大問題就行了，但退房後酒店打電話給我，説我們把枕頭弄臟了要收清潔費，我覺得好奇怪我們就睡了一晚枕頭也沒弄到地上，怎麼就弄臟到需要收清潔費的地步了，讓她加微信發圖片給我看，枕頭上全是黴點，真有被氣到，後面服務員道歉了我也覺得不舒服，這種衞生問題怎麼會出現在洲際旗下的酒店裡呢？

酒店服務人員態度很好，服務熱情。
酒店都是幾棟兩層建築，花園佈局，非常舒適。
房間不知道是不是出於一樓，一股陰濕臭，開了房間門通風和空調，幾個小時了還是有，衹能忍着住一晚。衞生也差一點，幾把椅子上全是污漬殘留，清理不掉最好換下。
房間隔音效果較差，凌晨住附近的客人沒門卡，一直在門外電話，把我們都吵醒了。

酒店園林式建築挺漂亮的，房間很乾凈，早餐也挺豐富，食材新鮮，口味好，户外有些小角落有些蛛網，建議可以打掃的更仔細些
