和同事們去見客户，到了青島才知道客户住在山港凱悦，於是到了酒店臨時在攜程上做了預訂。感謝前台ANDY給升級了房間，並協助安排與客户相鄰的房間，還送了兩份果盤。第二天去出席極地海洋世界的斑海豹公益活動發佈會，中午無法按時趕回酒店退房，感謝前台LINDA幫忙做了延遲退房。
酒店位置很好，早餐很棒，有自己的私家沙灘，離極地海洋世界很近。

酒店有些舊、但是打掃的還算乾淨、服務人員也很熱情、周邊有幾家飯店、去超市和商場也不遠、但是總是感覺沒有那麼的熱鬧。打開窗簾就可以看見大海、很美！

房間挺大的，打掃的也挺乾淨的，還給我免費升級了海景房，服務也很好，早餐中規中矩，做的比較精緻，離海灘也很近，孩子很喜歡泳池，也有温泉池

最大的優點就是離沙灘近。負一樓跟着指示牌走就是沙灘，還有健身房和泳池泳池分為
提前加了管家Fiona微信，Fiona服務真的很好很耐心的溝通各種事項，幫忙房型升級為海景房 ，房間視野很好，我們提前溝通需要床圍欄和加床都在入住時已經安排好，很滿意。愉快的入住體驗。

首先，酒店位置很好，樓下就是沙灘，房間也大。其次，酒店早餐也不錯，種類多，服務也挺好的
但是，不足的是，房間設施陳舊，異味比較重，夜裡被屋裡床頭附近很濃重的類似於嘔吐物的那種味道薰醒，因為是帶着11個月的寶寶入住，為了壓住這個味道，就把空調開的比平時低了兩度，結果第二天寶寶輕感冒，流鼻涕，整個十一假期，住別家酒店，一直好好的，就是最後假期尾聲，住這個酒店，寶寶生病了，青島之旅遺憾結尾

酒店設施設備維護的非常不錯，早餐種類很多，味道也很好，就是有台階上上下下的，容易摔倒。地理位置很好哦，出門就有大海，下次來玩還是繼續訂哈，就是沒有管家服務，還是要跟上呀。
