從入住，就很無語，無窗户的升級➕25元，升級以後進房間根本連打掃都沒打掃，當天因為急事，本來要續住，有突**況着急走，朋友在等着，就把房卡留在了房間裏，因為知道打掃的要打掃，就沒有跟前台説，前台打電話極其惡劣，又要查監控，又要補房費，又混淆是非，我明明開着門的，方便客房打掃，非説我關着門，我讓查監控！體驗感極差，我明確説明幾點走的？！我着急走，才沒有送房卡。
