Family-friendly Hotels in Qingdao

We came from overseas and rooms were well-equipped with UK-type plug chargers which was an added convenience. Noticed most of the staff are fluent in English as well. This hotel is tip-top with its cleanliness, and staff are always helpful and are willing to step out of their way to help assist you, especially Amber and Sherry who helped us check in. Hotel is near Inzone Mall and Fushansuo Metro Station, and the main Xianggang Middle Rd Area! Great stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying with them again!

This time we stayed in 1913, which is a bit smaller than the other suites. The windows are quite high, so it feels a bit cramped. Other than that it was still a really nice stay with superb service. They are always super helpful, and always help me to book restaurants. As always the breakfast is superb with plenty of western options. Also lots of good restaurants just down the road.

A great place to stay. Always feel welcome here. You can relax, but the lobby is always so busy. It's conveniently located, close to lots of important landmarks. We only discovered how convenient it was after the first night. It was a pleasure coming back via the metro.

We were there for my wife birthday, the location was amazing and most of things were great ( we had a minor problems with bed and pillow) but the rest of things were wonderful. front desk staff were very kind and helpful.they sent a beautiful cake along with nice message to our room from hotel management and made a memorable moment for us. The hotel breakfast was perfect as well ,western and Chinese food were available.we recommend this hotel to our friends.

A great location for a holiday trip. There was plenty to do. The hotel amenities had something for everyone. I wished the outdoors pools and grounds were unkept a little more. On the way to the beach the boardwalk was destroyed. The building is a little old and could use some updating for the rooms but they staff works hard to keep things clean, orderly, and organized. Staff were very helpful from Check-in to checkout. Food options were plentiful. And the view was amazing.

I recommend this hotel to evrryone, if you are a foreignerthis is the right place if you are visiting Qingdao. The brrakfast is a,plus they have western breakfast,.they have everything you need in the hotel, beauty salona,bar,at night, and if you dont speak Chinese you dont worrt for that Godfrey help all my stay in he speak english. I cant wait to come back one more time to Haitian Hotel, it was my son.birthday they give a cake the view on my room was amazing they upgrade my room, overall was more,of what I spected thank you !

Clean well appointed room with friendly staff to greet guests. Excellent breakfast with fantastic variety of dishes.

The hotel lays in a super good location close to the beach. The overall experience met our expectations, but the check in and check out service should have been improved, it takes too long and the check in staff seems not used to speak English. Gym, pool and restaurants are in good condition and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I would come back again.

The service was impeccable! We were greeted on our first day of stay by Eva who is the butler taking care of us. We are introduced in detail of the facilities as well as tourist attraction recommendations, which are really useful! Drinks are offered complementary 24 hours! The room has a nice seaview and a view of the Western-style Badaguan houses. The breakfast buffet was superb offering a wide choice of Chinese and Western foods, with a nice sea view from the restaurant. I will definitely visit again and thank you Eva for the great service!

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel again. I stayed here for the first time a year ago in June for Dragon Boat Festival and it was fantastic. So I decided to stay here for May 1st holidays. Unfortunately that turned out to be a huge mistake. During the day in Qingdao during this time the weather is good between 22-25 degrees Celsius but still cold at night between 13-15 degrees. For me the heat needs to be on but to my horror there was no heat, only cold air. So I ended up getting sick. On top of that it didn't matter if it was breakfast or dinner, the buffet food was cold. The only hot food was something made in front of you like an omlet. Even before I found out all this, when I got to my room it wasn't what I paid for. I paid for the multi-level suite. I still had a suite but I have no idea if the cost was at least the same and I didn't care for it. The bed was great though but even with another blanket on top didn't keep me warm enough with no heat at night. 😓
