1、客房服務沒禮貌，直接【沖】進房間。客房送拖鞋，一直敲門催房間裏的人開門。敲開門就直接往房間裏面【沖】【當時衹開了一個門縫，客房服務人員自己把門打開，客人沒有邀請，客房服務人員就走進來了，就為了核實房間是不是真的沒有一次性拖鞋】，當時房間裏面還有人在換衣服，不經同意就進門，不尊重私隱！不尊重私隱！不尊重私隱！真的很不禮貌！不禮貌！不禮貌！
2、小家子氣。房間沒有一次性拖鞋，找前台要了2次才給。找前台拿一次性拖鞋前台第一次不給，第二次去前台才讓客房服務人員送到房間。就這質量的拖鞋不知道為什麼要跑去前台要2次。
