在卓爾山崴了腳，客服主任特別熱情，指點葯店，還給我送了兩次兩大袋冰塊冷敷，最有意思的是客房小姑娘擔心冰敷受不住，還熱情滴給我拿了一次性毛巾。
酒店設施完備，瀰漫式供氧，洗澡洗頭無憂。
房間能看到雪山山景和卓爾山的丹霞景色，特別好。
床品乾淨舒服，早餐也很好吃。
是青甘環網上老少都相當貼心滿意的一站。

房間衞生，大小以及周邊環境都非常不錯。張經理的服務熱情周到。酒店周邊有不少餐飲店，超市，十分方便。還有一個廣場，有節目表演和娛樂健身的器材。感覺很熱鬧，很有煙火氣。對此居住體驗很滿意。唯一的一點改進意見，就是酒店的設施略微有些老舊，一些接口不靈。感覺插口較少。希望，後續可以檢修，改進。

衝著氧氣房訂的，但其實並沒有高反，晚上熱開窗睡得，所以氧氣也沒感受到，全程最貴的酒店，感覺性價比不高
