住的長頸鹿酒店，説實話來這裏還是要住長頸鹿酒店更有感覺，房間孩子特別喜歡，我們定的非洲草原觀景房，在二樓，陽台就可以喂長頸鹿，房間的環境，早晚餐都很棒。在餐廳喂長頸鹿的感覺真的是不錯的體驗。孩子説下次還要來，還有游泳温泉，整體感覺很棒。我們來的時候已經開學了，動物園裡也很清凈，真的很舒服。

文件設計的很精巧，非常適合親子旅遊。管家服務也很貼心到位。提個小建議，電瓶車的剎車和油門有一款車型是跟機動車相反的，比較不安全。

訂的二樓非洲叢林房，可以喂長頸鹿，長頸鹿餐廳也可以喂，窗户很大，視野很好，特別感謝飼養員，翟懷軍，人很好，在餐廳外引導長頸鹿來窗邊，免費拍照，傳給我們，告訴我們拍照的好視角。園子很大，住宿會免費提供代步車，總體服務很好，下次還會來，適合親子旅遊。

暑假後的錯峯出行，人少，很棒的體驗。酒店温泉和泳池孩子很喜歡。早餐時喂長頸鹿是很棒的體驗，特別是飼養員翟懷軍先生，幫忙把長頸鹿引過來，還給拍了棒棒的照片，對大人孩子都是很開心值得回憶的體驗。
酒店綠葉子餐廳的員工也很好，孩子晚餐睡著了，餐廳員工給打包了點食品，很貼心。

酒店整體服務還是不錯的 有任何問題都可以聯繫管家微信 帶上泳衣可以享受一樓的室外温泉和泳池 親密接觸鴕鳥和長頸鹿 值得提到的是餐廳的工作人員 服務到位 尤其是長頸鹿的飼養員師傅 幫忙引導長頸鹿到窗邊 配合顧客照片 大大的點贊👍 酒店本身包含的內容還是比較多的 門票 租車 自助餐等等 除了自己買東西基本沒有別的消費了 性價比還是不錯的 推薦大家來住長頸鹿莊園酒店
