酒店房間很大，海景房風景很不錯 ，泳池和沙灘都很棒，管家瑤瑤很熱心，給予很多幫助，我們不清楚的地方都一一給瞭解答，以後還來這家店，再找管家瑤瑤。

房間非常寬敞舒服，尤其舒服的是酒店的服務，入住時就加了私人管家“梅梅”的微信，首先是指引入住，幫忙安排孩子的洗漱用品加被子，不僅送了迎賓水果還給孩子送了毛絨玩具，趕上了超強颱風原有的玩水的計劃泡湯，貼心的"梅梅"幫忙申請了羽毛球和射箭的體驗券，也算是有的可玩。
第一次來就有不錯的遊玩體驗，後面安排時間再來玩。

每年都要去兩次恆大海上威尼斯酒店，作為最舒服、省心省力的休閑出行，酒店舒服、服務好，自帶沙灘陪娃不累。這次趕上台風，客房管家瑤瑤細心又體貼，孩子們還是一如既往的開心。贈送的旅拍有大片的效果哦

適合帶孩子來的地方，最喜歡的就是無邊泳池，就是不巧有颱風，沒玩夠。房間挺乾淨，設施齊全，管家瑤瑤很熱情，有問必答，服務到位。總體來説還是很滿意的。

大海沙灘小童遊樂區是孩子喜歡的因素都有～停車方便，入住很快，房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，啟東入住首選，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。硬件細節可以再完善。酒店住宿區有小童樂園更好了，不用跑出去！
服務好的沒話説，尤其是管家梅梅熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，總之還是住的很滿意！

颱風天辦的入住，前廳楊經理特別熱情，長得也很美， 這家酒店每逢暑假都會帶孩子來打卡， 雖然酒店已經有點年頭了，但是總體設施還是可以的， 管家服務也不錯， 自助餐品種也挺多的。颱風過了第二天沙灘就開放了，人很多， 還會繼續來的，謝謝🙏
