This stay was not a good experience. When checking in, I confirmed with the front desk whether there was a washing machine and dryer. I was told that there was a washer-dryer which could be used normally. However, it could not dry clothes and the drying function was just for show. When the exhaust fan and air conditioner are turned on, a strong smell of smoke will come in. As there were a tour group staying that day and there were quite a lot of people, I confirmed with the front desk that I could have breakfast at a different time from the tour group. The hotel ensured that there were enough ingredients and they would not be eaten up by the tour group. As a result, when we went to have breakfast at 8 o'clock, there were only 4 dishes on the table and no staple food. Everyone who came to eat needed to ask the restaurant staff for food. The food was hidden in the kitchen and we didn't know what was available. The kitchen would tell us what was available and if we saw others eating something we didn't know about and went to the kitchen to ask for it, they would be stingy and have to give it to us. In short, the management philosophy of this hotel is not grand enough, so I advise everyone to choose carefully.
