下高速後從318國道轉水吼村的旅遊公路直接到達山莊，停車方便，離大龍窩索道走路幾分鐘，交通出行便利。山莊在半山腰上，夏季涼爽，適合避暑小住。房間乾淨，基本設施齊全，飯菜不錯，自產的茶葉尤其好喝。

一次中規中矩的出行先説好的方面，酒店的位置很好，位於景區內，開窗見景，空氣清新；服務人員很熱情，幫我們的車免費充滿了電，還送了水果和茶葉，還提供登山杖，遇到問題都能及時解決；房間整體是木製的，看上去很舒服。再説需要改進的地方，一是房間因為建設年代久遠，略顯老舊，且隔音效果不好，影響休息；二是房間衞生在我們住的兩條中，沒有人來清理；三是衞生間沒有乾濕分離，導致洗澡的時候整個衞生間地板都是水，而且花灑的水量不足，洗頭髮很費事；四是第二天我們爬山回來後，晚上想早點休息，結果被下面一樓唱歌的人給吵了，希望能限制晚上唱歌時間，創造一個安靜的環境；五是第二天因為下雨，無線網整晚都無法使用，第二天菜恢復，希望後續有所改進；六是飯菜偏貴，而且份量不大，希望改進。
