毛巾浴巾獨立分裝
免費常用物品供應
再說不盡人意的
設施維護一般 主要是客人素質參差不齊
電梯裡抽煙的 公共區域抽煙的 大聲喧嘩的 亂停車的
最不滿意半夜一點警察來查房
這些都不算酒店問題，所以還是給五星了
還有一個硬件問題 電梯實在是太慢

五一出行臨時定的酒店，環境很好，負一層有一個地下停車場，停車也很方便。房間裏有輕音樂，睡不着的時候放一點也很放鬆。前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，下次再來鉛山還會選擇希岸。

酒店位置不錯，在離河口古鎮一公里多的大路邊，有地下停車庫，但衞生太差，又黑又臟，開車進入要打起十二分精神，避免發生意外。前台的接待員是酒店最大亮點，人漂亮，熱情又細心。房間內的條件跟大城市的西岸酒店是有差距的，隔音比較差，浴室裏的音樂淋浴成了擾民功能，一個房間洗澡，邊上幾個房間都聽到。另外西邊隔壁樓頂養着衹公雞整夜打鳴，嚴重影響休息。
