酒店客人先在遊客中心辦理手續，可以從酒店通道乘電瓶車直接送到酒店門口，很方便。
房間很大，設施和環境基本對得起價格，窗外風景很棒。酒店服務不錯，前台人員熱情專業，提供了很多遊玩訊息和幫助。
早餐自助餐，步行幾分鐘到天元餐廳，種類還可以，燙粉很好吃，比景區裏的店味道好太多。
