Hotel in the resort theme park. Overall good, but the tv seems a bit weird. I had a hard time getting it switch on and then takes quite a while to switch it off. To get to our room has to take 2 lifts, despite it is only 3rd floor. Weird design too.

Enjoy the resort and nice show throughout the day. Room is clean with all necessary amenities. Hotel and resort staffs can not speak English, but they did their best by translate app

The rooms are beautiful according to standards. Clean and comfortable
But the view is not good and it is a long walk from the road and you have to take the elevator 3 times to reach the room.

Not too bad, but I got a very small room that is too moist. Hotel did a quick change of bedsheets immediately and tried to accommodate to make your stay better.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and service was prompt even though we stayed at the 5th floor 2 buildings away. Room was big enough for 3 people and the breakfast had good variety. Pillows had a variety of soft to firm you can request. Bed was vlean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful, even gave each room mooncakes on mid autumn festival. They don't have irons to deliver to the room if you are the kind that irons your clothes on your trips. There is no supermarket in the Scenic area so bring your own junk food. the hotel is furthest from the tourist center by buggy ride, but the closest to the cable car centre if you look at the map. Not a big deal since most main attractions are near this hotel compared to others nearer the Tourist registration centre. There are restaurants around where you can buy daily necessities. Other than that, it's peaceful at night and you can't really hear the night shows depending which room you get.

It was a veey good place to visit with families.. lots of food n sceneries and exploration.. worth every penny to come here qianqian was a very helpful with everything we needed in the hotel
