體驗極差，衞生/服務/住宿全踩雷！
臟亂差｜敷衍了事｜硬件落後｜毫無管理
垃圾桶溢出無人清理，地面隨處可見塑料瓶、紙巾甚至煙頭；衞生間異味熏天，洗手池堵塞發黃，鏡面模糊不清，完全看不出日常消殺痕跡。
小鎮裏的餐飲店，山裡人家餐廳，餐桌黏膩未擦凈，角落積灰嚴重，餐具邊緣殘留污漬，讓人毫無食慾。帶孩子遊玩的家庭尤其擔憂交叉感染風險！
詢問路線時遭遇白眼+機械式指路，全程無眼神交流；投訴衞生問題被反懟“人多沒辦法”。
工作人員衹顧刷手機，景區看演出沒人管，後面人擠人，兩個不相干的人打架了也沒人管。
床品發黴有異味，浴室下水慢導致積水漫過腳背；
空調噪音巨大無法入睡，Wi-Fi信號弱到失聯；
房間內發現蟑螂爬行，陽台紗窗破洞大開，夜間蚊蟲肆虐難以安眠。此次旅行徹底顛覆認知——從入口到出口，從白天到夜晚，每一處都在挑戰遊客底線！所謂的“星級服務”不過是宣傳噱頭，管理層顯然未將遊客體驗放在心上。 強烈建議整改前千萬別來！如果非要嘗試，請自備驅蚊液、濕巾和降噪耳塞，並做好心理建設接受“花錢買罪受”。已向旅遊局官網提交實名投訴，望相關部門嚴查！

暗香園酒店前台服務態度非常不好，蚊香液沒了都捨不得換，服務最好的是今天早上退房時樓上打掃衞生的阿姨人很好！希望前台的服務態度能改善！！！
