The front desk service is really good. I checked in to this hotel and felt the professionalism of the service as soon as I booked. They contacted me in advance to ask if there were children with me and arranged children's equipment in the room. They were very considerate. There was a marathon recently, and I felt the enthusiasm of Qianjiang. It was very lively. The high-speed train was on the afternoon of the next day, and the front desk helped me apply for a late check-out, which was great.
